As the founder and managing director of SIS Consulting, Michal is a licensed migration agent with over 25 years of experience in the Australian education industry. Born in the Czech Republic, Michal arrived to Sydney as a student, where he completed a Bachelor of Management, Master in Finance and Business from UNSW and a Graduate Certificate in Citizenship and Immigration Law from UTS. From his own experience as a migrant he knows how hard it is to start in a new country. Since 1993 he has endeavoured to assist students from all over the world in achieving their goals, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Colombia. As an education and migration agent, he is avid for fairness and has a profound duty of care, continuously pursuing to look after his clients and give them professional, up-to-date and above all, realistic advice for their future. There are not many situations that Michal has not experienced with students over the years, and he enjoys giving back by teaching about migration law at the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). With a consistent career under his belt, Michal is nowadays an expert in Australian education and migration legislation, and as part of adopting this country as his own he thoroughly enjoys aboriginal art as well as travelling throughout the Australian Outback in his 4WD.
